- Enter the oligo type, name and 5′→3′ sequence. For duplex orders, also confirm the complementary strand sequence.
- Purification & amount
- Specify purification, synthesis scale, requested yield and number of aliquots.
- Modifications & labels
- Specify the type and position of terminal or internal modifications. Refer to the notation guidance in the order form.
- Sequence design request
- For RNA requiring design, select the sequence design request option in the form and enter the gene name and requirements.
