share sequence and vector details
- Target sequence
- Prepare the gene name, nucleotide sequence in the 5′→3′ direction, restriction sites and additional requirements.
- Codon optimization
- Specify whether optimization is required, the expression host, and sequence regions to remove or preserve.
- Customer-supplied vector
- Send the vector name, full sequence or map, insertion site and antibiotic information. Physical vector shipment instructions follow order confirmation.
- Delivery requirements
- Specify the requested amount, format, endotoxin removal requirements and schedule.
Cloning into mammalian, bacterial, yeast, insect and plant expression vectors can be discussed. Listed vector categories do not indicate stock availability.
