1. Information and purposes
Membership records are saved after you submit the registration form with consent. Registration does not subscribe you to marketing, and this website does not provide a marketing subscription feature.

This registration form does not collect resident registration numbers, passwords, payment details, health data or genetic information. Before registration, identity and email supplied by the sign-in provider are processed temporarily to establish login status; no membership database record is created until registration is submitted.
2. Collection and consent
Information comes from your registration/profile form and the email and site-specific identifier supplied through ChatGPT sign-in. Consent is optional; declining prevents membership and access to member prices. Public product descriptions, price-free materials and order forms remain available. Membership is for people aged 14 or older; children under 14 cannot register.
Product view collection requires separate, optional consent. Declining does not restrict membership or member prices. Collection begins only after consent and covers product-detail openings on this website, not earlier activity, anonymous visits or raw search terms.
3. Retention and deletion
Profile and consent records are retained during membership and deleted from the active membership database when you complete withdrawal in My Account. Information that is no longer needed is deleted without undue delay. Electronic records are deleted in a manner intended to prevent recovery; any paper records are shredded or otherwise destroyed.
If an actual transaction creates a legal retention duty, only the relevant records are retained separately under the applicable basis and period. This website does not accept online payments or orders, so all member profiles are not automatically retained as transaction records. The hosting and identity providers apply separate policies to backups and access logs; their precise scope and retention must be confirmed before public operation.
Product view history and its consent fields are deleted from the active database when consent is withdrawn, the member withdraws, or an administrator deletes the member.
5. Your rights
In My Account, you can review your name, organization and email, update your name and organization, or withdraw membership. Email is supplied by your signed-in account. Contact us below to request email correction, access, correction, deletion, restriction or withdrawal of consent. We may verify identity to the extent necessary and explain any restrictions required by law. A representative may be asked for evidence of authorization.
In My Account, uncheck the optional product-view consent and save changes to stop collection and delete the stored view history. Contact us to request access to your history.
6. Protection measures
The current site uses encrypted connections, authenticated access and server-side membership checks. Private prices and price catalogs are provided only after membership authorization. Profile input is validated, and responses containing personal information are marked against shared caching. Administrative access, operational records and storage safeguards must be maintained for the actual operating environment.
Member management and view history are available only to the designated administrator, with permissions checked by the server.
8. Email inquiries and testing materials
Product-detail and research-service inquiry links open your email application. My Account sends saved-product inquiries by email only when you submit them, as described in section 13. You complete and save downloaded order forms and attach them yourself. Email inquiries, orders and testing documents are handled under their separate business purposes and applicable requirements. Sensitive testing information, including genetic data, requires the relevant testing consent and intake procedure; membership consent does not replace it.

10. Changes
Changes to collection, purposes or operations will be reflected here with an effective date. Additional consent will be requested when required. Earlier versions will be made available with the change history when revisions are introduced.

11. Email sign-in
When email sign-in is enabled, Google Firebase Authentication processes the email, password and authentication requests to create an account, verify the address and send password recovery messages. GENonLAB does not store the password in its membership database. Email identity and the email-account consent record are kept until the email account is deleted. Firebase processing is subject to its service and privacy terms.
GENonLAB stores only the hash of the browser session identifier. Provider authentication tokens are encrypted before storage. Sessions last at most 12 hours and are revoked on sign-out or membership removal. Security counters use non-readable identifiers and expire within one hour. Expired records are removed during subsequent authentication requests.
Email verification is required before member registration and access to member prices. Existing ChatGPT memberships are connected only after both identities are authenticated and the member explicitly requests it. Matching emails alone never grant ownership or administrator access.
Members signed in by email can delete their email account and membership from My Account by confirming their current password. ChatGPT withdrawal and administrator membership removal delete the membership and revoke website sessions; they do not automatically delete an external authentication account. 12. Registration profile and email codes
Registration collects institution/organization, department/laboratory, full name and email. Profile details are used for membership, member prices and support and are deleted from the active membership database on withdrawal. You can update institution, department and name in My Account.
When code delivery is enabled, Resend processes the recipient email address and verification message to deliver a six-digit code. Its processing is governed by its service and privacy terms. Sending requires the email-verification consent shown on the registration form. Passwords are never sent to Resend. Without this delivery connection, registration uses the Firebase verification link.
Temporary email verification uses a browser cookie and a hashed code. Codes expire in 10 minutes, allow up to five guesses, and can be used for registration once. Used proofs are deleted; other expired records are removed on subsequent code requests. The verified email and verification time are bound to the authenticated account and retained until its website email identity is deleted. The Firebase email-verification field is separate from this website’s code verification.
13. Saved products and quotation inquiries
Products you explicitly save, quantities and inquiry selections are stored with your member identifier so that you can use them across devices. Items are removed when you delete them; all saved items and website inquiry records are deleted when membership is withdrawn or removed by an administrator. Saving products is separate from optional product-view tracking.
Only when you submit an inquiry with the on-screen consent do we send your institution, department, name, verified email, selected products and quantities, catalog price calculation and message to ginfo@genonlab.com. Resend processes the email delivery and its contents. Your password and other members’ details are never included. We keep the submitted email contents, consent version and time, and sending status with your membership to handle the inquiry and prevent duplicate sending. Submitted emails are separate from saved products; removing a product does not recall an email. To request deletion of an emailed inquiry, contact GENonLAB. An inquiry does not place an order or authorize a payment.
